Welcome to Basketball Northern Territory.

Basketball NT works with regional councils, health programs and schools to deliver basketball programs in remote communities throughout the NT.

In addition to this we aim to run the Northern, Eastern and Southern Cups once a year to crown the champion of each regions.

Northern Cup: Roper Gulf, Tiwi Islands, Victoria Daly, West Daly

Eastern Cup: East Arnhem, West Arnhem

Southern Cup: Central Desert, Macdonnell, Barkly

3x3 Hustle

As the newest olympic sport, 3x3 is taking off around the world and Basketball NT is working with 3x3 Hustle to provide opportunities to play throughout the Territory.

Aussie Hoops

Aussie Hoops provides young boys and girls with a fun and safe environment to the learn the basic skills of basketball.

Baller Bubs (2-5 y/o)

Darwin and Palmerston offer programs for toddlers to introduce them to basketball in a fun and safe environment.

Her Game Her Way

Her Game Her Way is designed to encourage female participation in Basketball, as both players and volunteers.

Rising Stars

Rising Stars is a BNT program for All Abilities people looking to play basketball in a fun and safe environment.

Super 8's

Super 8’s is an introductory competition to bridge the gap between Aussie Hoops and junior competitions.

Walking Basketball

Walking Basketball is a low impact, social and fun way to improve the levels of physical activity for inactive and slightly active Territorians.

Wheelchair Basketball

Darwin Basketball runs a highly successful wheelchair basketball program.
